Is a collection of my art and writings inspired by (with edited sections interspersed herein) the writings of a rather famous 17th-century Samurai named Miyamoto Musashi; titled Go Rin No Sho (The Book of Five Rings). Ground, Water, Wind, Fire, and finally The Book of the Void.

This is thus My Book. A visual interpretation and literary expansion of some of these thoughts. The true void is described as a state of clear perception, free from confusion and calm of spirit.

It is in this spirit that I composed this collection; consisting mostly digital composites of found objects, graphite drawings, acrylic paints, typographic elements, photographs, illustrations, and anything else I came across.

   TYPOGRAPHIC & MIXED MEDIA COLLAGE    

A fusion of text and imagery, where text is an integral part of the visual composition. A blend of typography with various materials—such as found objects, digital elements, and traditional media like graphite and acrylics—creating layered, multi-dimensional pieces that hopefully expand ones perception of typography. Engaging with text in a new way, where meaning is derived not just from the words themselves but from their visual context and relationship with other elements in the piece.

A type of electronic test instrument that graphically displays varying voltages of one or more signals as a function of time. In the dual trace oscilloscope, two different vertical input signals are simultaneously displayed, where t = time is seconds.
